Shipping & Delivery
The offer for free shipping for orders over $30 only applies to orders shipped within the continental USA. Additional shipping charges apply for all other orders. Some items require additional shipping charges as indicated in their product description. All domestic shipments are made through UPS or USPS. You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping notification email which will include applicable tracking information from the carrier. Packages are typically delivered around 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacement items are quick and easy!
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrectly Shipped Items: Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your package for a full refund (including shipping costs) or to discuss receiving a replacement product. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 8 business days of receiving the returned product. Please hold on to the original packaging and boxes as we may ask you to return the product. If we do ask you to return the product, a return label will be provided free of charge.
All Other Returns and Exchanges: Please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. Items must be returned within 30 days from date delivered in unused, like-new condition. After 30 days from the date delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Items must contain all original packaging and accessories or a 10% restocking fee may be charged. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 8 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on the status of your return.
Ordering is available 24/7/365 on our website which gives you the ability to track your order, view past orders, and communicate with us regarding the status of your order. We'll provide you the same great service regardless of how you decide to place your order.

To make a purchase on Gifted Living, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal. PayPal accounts are free and easy to use.
Please note that we reserve the right to control the prices of our products. Therefore, our pricing often changes. We frequently run promotions that may offer steep discounts, each of which has a non-negotiable expiration date clearly marked.
